The Balanced Group generally works with companies having at least $5.0 million in annual revenues and up to $200 million in annual revenues. Every business must have a continuity or exit plan otherwise the shareholders may face “fire sale” liquidation after departure of a key owner, executive or employee, the death or disability of any of these key people and in some cases a divorce involving one of the principals plus any other unforeseen difficulty for which there is not contingency plan. The purpose or our business is to create added value through planning and implementation of strategic changes which result in increased valuation, profits and liquidity events for the stakeholders.
