Mr. Vicory’s business experience spans over three decades and includes over 15 years experience as an Independent Insurance Broker, starting, building and managing an independent insurance brokerage and three medical malpractice insurance captives. From approximately 1990 until the present Mr. Vicory has been involved in facilitating over 100 corporate merger, acquisition and ESOP transactions. Mr. Vicory acts as an advisor and consultant in the areas of transactional structures, Integration Marketing, business development, financing and valuation issues. From mid 2009 to the present he has been working with Mark Joyner’s business coaching team to broaden his already substantial knowledge base in internet and web based techniques and strategies. He is also conversant and experienced with assisting public reporting companies with compliance with various reporting and other similar matters.

AA Degree in Radiology; BS – Theology; MS – Holistic Health; Currently Accepted in Doctoral Program – pursuing PhD. Inventor of over 135 medical products for diagnostic ultrasound in radiology which includes CT and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging).
Vic Wedel invented the world-famous Ultrasound Needle/Biopsy Guidance System, MAGGIEÔ (Multi-Access-Geometrically-Guided Instrument Disposable Needle Guide) which is used in more than 32 countries and over 135 other products which are used throughout the world today.
In 1993 at a ceremony at the White House, President Bill Clinton presented Vic Wedel with two prestigious awards in recognition of his achievements: “Entrepreneur of the Year” (INC Magazine) and “Small Business Person of the Year” (United States Small Business Administration).
